Maharashtra like all other states in India is rich in culture; heritage and traditions. There is a variety of rituals, ceremonies and traditions which bring people close to the divine energy. Out of many, Gondhal is also one. The project was to study and capture visual elements embodied in this ritualistic performamnce and make a graphic inormation booklet.

Better soundscapes are important for better working and living environments. Acoustic partition systems are widely used in office and institutional settings. Most commonly used acoustic materials like fiberglass and PU foam are non biodegradable and take a heavy toll on environment after use. This invites scope of incorporating sustainable materials and also more interactive microarchitecture.
The derived direction is to design modular acoustic partition system for office or institutional spaces,
based on natural fibre based materials like non woven sheets and fabric.
