Traditional Artefacts

This special project involved a study and analysis of traditional artefacts. The research activities included visits to Dr. Bhau Daji Lad museum and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya. The designs, patterns and motifs on the artefacts have been influenced by the diverse cultural, social, political and economic factors of the time they were in use.
